Thank you very much indeed – that was it ! I do remember now that when I first set the site up, I had to make sure that the pages were loaded before the images. I had totally forgotten that – thanks again.

Thank-you – I hadn’t noticed that ! However, even if I delete permanently all pages in the Trash, delete the 502d page and reload it from my database, it still enforces a slug of USA_502d-2. If I try to edit the Permalink, it reverts back to -2. I have tried to search the WP database, but cannot find a plugin which inspects the slugs. I have used the Admin Columns plugin, which allows me to sort all 1000 pages by slug, but no USA_502d appears !

Any other ideas ?

Absolutely. Also nice to have a filter for “tested with current WP version” and a sort facility to pick out most the popular.

I have found the problem, but not an explanation. For some reason, WordPress has created the slugs for the two higher-level pages without the word “of” which appears in the title. If I put “of” back into the slug they work fine. Now it’s just a question of trying to work out why it does this just in these two cases.

… but I still have a problem with stamp numbers 479, 480 and 519. I have regenerated the pages from scratch (they come from a database) but cannot get their “Up” links to work. A fresh pair of eyes looking at those three pages would be very welcome.

I have an item of localstorage called “vsb”, and a js function called “getVSB()” which returns its value. I want to include the value of vsb in the body of an email sent via CF7. I think that what I need to do is add something like “[textarea vsb getVSB()]” into a CF7 form label – but that doesn’t work. Is there any way of doing what I’m after ?

It’s the HTML5 type of localstorage that I’m interested in.
