I concur. Empty field condition always evaluates to true, therefore the widget is never shown.

Creo que no es muy correcto “subirse al carro” en los hilos de soporte, pero es que este me viene al pelo… tengo el mismo error pero con clientes de países como Nicaragua o Rep. Dominicana. Lo cierto es que no tenía la última versión del plugin, pero tampoco sé si ha habido novedades y se va a solucionar tras la actualización. ?Lo has podido solucionar para otros países además de Italia?

Hi again, sorry for the self-reply but I’ve been investigating this on my own and the conclusion is that the “wcf_ca_reply_email” field is not reflecting its real value, at least in my browser. Checked the database and the value in the wp_options table (search by the field ID, “wcf_ca_reply_email”) was correct. Just in case it’s useful to someone else.

Gracias por la respuesta. Viendo los logs del día de los fallos, parece que efectivamente hubo varios picos de recursos, por lo que casi seguro que fue I/O insuficiente o algo por el estilo (lanzó una promo). Muchas gracias por orientarme, doy el tema por resuelto ??

I have to say that, with this plugin, in general, is one surprise after another. When it’s not about the everyday-changing IG API methods (and token expirations, etc), it’s an update that breaks the plugin itself… Don’t mean to be destructive criticism in any way, it’s just that I find social feeds like these the most failure-prone addon to WP ??

PDF Invoices plugin is 2.1.4
PHP is 7.2 (although it was on 5.6 a couple days ago -I changed it just in case-, and it didn’t work either).

I just disabled the plugin “Redirect 404”, cleared cache and it seems to be working again… it’s ridiculous how many compatibility problems I’m facing with WooCommerce + Superstore ??

@oxdeer both, with the same results: the page starts to load, shows parts of the header but fails to get the slider image and then it won’t continue loading anything else. Seeing that it’s working for 99% of users here, I’m inclined to think it’s a particular issue with my WP installation/theme.

Hey @oxdeer, thank you for your response and sorry for being so late. My site is https://jetstream.sytes.net/brond/ (it’s a testing home server, so you’ll have to be patient ?? ). The widget is -would be- located at the bottom of all pages, below that “Sigueme en Instagram” text. I’ve configured it to display a hashtag.

Anyway, I see the author has answered, but thank you so much for your time. I’ll be around if you need any further info.
