The solution was gravity forms! It offers custom error messages.

I don’t want default text.

I want to display specific error messages based on the textbox it corresponds to.

Currently they have a error message but it is the same for every text box. I want to be able to customize it base on the text box.

What is the watermark?

I like the easy use of cf7, but it does offer the individual error messages like I want.

I guess I am not being real clear let me describe a scenario.

A.) I have text box labeled name:
B.) I have another text box labeled phone number:

Say some one leaves both boxes empty,

For box ‘A’ I would like a error message to state we need your name.

For box ‘B’ I would like a error message to state we need your phone number.

Thats what I mean, the boxes are required. But I want different error messages for different text boxes.

Thanks for getting me on the right track. I found that a User access Level theme plugin works better for what I want. THANKS though.
