You should find the URL address of your video in the URL address bar when you click on your movie in You Tube – I think! Either that or you can get the html code for the video and paste it into your post in the Code section. Hope I am not talking rubbish. I came across your question as I am having problems loading videos into wordpress as the files are too big alledgedly. Seems loads of people are having problems with this and I can’t find a solution.
