Hi there, I disabled the scans as you suggested above and ran a new scan and it completed. I will leave these disabled for now…waiting for the fix from you.
Thanks.
I am getting the same error message and scan will not complete.
Thanks. I did as you suggested and I think I’m all set now. ??
Thanks, Eve. I have to admit, I really don’t understand a lot of this stuff, so please bear with me. I think this new site is a sub-domain under my main site. Do I still follow the instructions you’ve provided?
Ok, I just tried to re-authorize again and this time it worked. I don’t know what happened the first time and why I got that error, but it seems to be working now. Thanks.
I tried following those steps. I cleared the cache, I forced a page refresh, I cleared the authorization and re-authorized and am still getting an error. This is the error I get:
Last Error: 2016-12-04 20:07:00: (403) Error calling GET https://www.googleapis.com/analytics/v3/management/accounts/~all/webproperties/~all/profiles?start-index=1: (403) User does not have any Google Analytics account.I do have a Google Analytics account so I don’t understand why I am getting this error.
I am having the same problem since updating to 4.9.4 version. When I check Errors, I get the following info:

In reply to: [Simple Share Buttons Adder] Update Breaks Many pluginsI had a problem with updating the plugin (posted issue previously). Broke site and got error message of “unexpected function on line 19 of ssba_styles.php”. Developer said it was because I was using an unsupported php version. I updated my php version and it corrected the problem.

In reply to: [Simple Share Buttons Adder] When update to 6.3.2 cannot access siteGlad to know I’m not the only one having this problem.
I couldn’t access my site, so I went in via FTP and uploaded the simple share adder button folder for the previous version that I had in a backup. I was able to access my site again and I left the plugin as is (previous version). But I too would like to know when this issue will be resolved.
Hey wfalla,
I tried the low resource scanning option and unfortunately it didn’t complete the scan when I included the comments. ?? Hopefully, one day WF will come up with something so that I’ll be able to complete the scan with comments.Thanks.
Thanks, wfalaa. I was just surprised because it still was taking the same amount of time, although scanning in under 2 minutes is great.
I’m still unable to include comments in the WF scan though. The scan runs out of memory and is unable to complete. I’ve posted previously here about this issue and tried the various things suggested with no success. So I’ve just excluded comments from the scan. Would using the low resource scanning option help with this now? Thanks.
Hi wfasa, sorry…I forgot to update. Yes, the problem was fixed by my host. Still don’t know exactly what happened, but it has been resolved. Thanks for following up.
Hi wfasa, I’ve been unable to get into my dashboard in order to disable the plugin. The only reason why I think it may be a WF issue is that the only thing I changed on the site recently was to update the WF plugin.
Here’s something else that happens. I have my WF setting set to send me an email any time an admin signs into the site. When I try to log in, even though I cannot log in, I get an WF email saying that I am logged in. Very strange.
I’ll let you know if I’m able to disable it and what happens. Thanks.
