It’s the new iteration of all inclusive tools for WordPress blogs. Apparently, the changeover broke the add-on, but conversion was simple:
(1) Deactivate WordPress Stats
(2) Install Jetpack and connect to your WordPress Account
(3) Visit the configuration page in your dashboard to finish out configuration choices.
(4) Done.
