Ok, so I solved this by uploading the plugin directly through FTP rather than trying to do it through word presses native upload. Now works a dream.

I have come across this page which attempts to answer the problem.

When I upload the plungin and try and activate it I have this issue.

Unable to activate plugin:
PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Any thoughts?

I wondered if I wanted someone who was editing from the front end to receive the email what would I modify as when I remove the part about admin no email is sent.

So I found this link and followed the instructions here

The link now works but the editing of the table has gone completely up a brown creek. There are no columns and it is one long list. Any ideas?

It is such a pity as this plugin works great for me except when an update occurs. I have the template file in the child folder of my theme.

I am now really confused. I put the CAPTCHA back in but this time on the personal part of the database and it now works. I’m going to leave it alone now as I don;t want to break it again.

Not sure about that but I will check, thanks for getting back to me. Strange though as this plugin worked beautifully with the captcha working and then stopped suddenly.

Ok, so it was due to captcha. Again I do not know why but when I added this it stopped working again? Any tips?

No idea what happened. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and it now works as it did before. Slightly annoying as I now have to enter all of the database again but works fine now.
