We understand your request. Though we don’t have setting to get what you want, it can be done using CSS pretty easily.

Please use the following css in a place you’re comfortable (e.g., Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS) and the hover contents will show by default on mobile screens.

We’ve tried it and the horizontal alignment works for us. Can you send the page where you have the widget so we could check? It might be due to theme css.

It might be due to Elementor’s recent upgrade to Font Awesome 5. Please refer to https://docs.elementor.com/article/584-migration-to-font-awesome-5

As noted on the page above, try going to Elementor > Settings > Advanced and enable Load Font Awesome 4 Support.

We have fixed this issue and plugin only loads additional two files, hover css and font awesome for the image hover effect block.

The image size option is for the type of image to be loaded on the page.
