The option to upload image for the widget is available on toolbar section, click on the inserted widget, you will see two options above the widget, second icon is the one to upload the image. All other options are available in right sidebar.

You have to make sure, you have already installed Elementor Plugin, as our plugin only creates content box addons for elementor, like an extension for Elementor plugin.

We have tested our demo pages on browserling for both IE 10 and 11 versions, I could see both the title and description.

Indeed, if title and description are very long, it will be overflown outside the image, hence few text couldn’t be shown.

You can do few things,
1. reduce the content text,
2. adjust the font size of the text
3. reduce no. column of per row, so, widget size inside the column will increase and it can accomodate more content.

Select the Elementor section of the current image addons added to and change the Content position to ‘Middle’ under Layout Tab. This will align images on all columns to center position vertically.

This addon doesn’t add columns and rely on elementor columns. Hence, the code you have added may have affected the content box width.
