Mailchimp doesn’t provide technical support to free accounts. I’ve searched their help articles and read articles, but I have not been able to fix the problem. I was trying to rule out it being a WordPress settings or plugin issue that might be impacting how images come through in my rss feed.

That makes sense. Thanks for explaining! I guess I’ll just wait it out and see if the problem resolves, at least with the Jetpack sharing buttons.

Thank you. I just use the Jetpack sharing buttons and my theme put in some styling for the buttons. So neither those or the Genesis Simple Share buttons(the plug-in) will display a Facebook count as of a few hours ago. I thought it might just be something with the plugin which is why I uninstalled it.

Do the changes mean the Facebook counter will stop working all together?

Also, my other sharing buttons work just fine — just not Facebook.

I’m using the “Simple Share Buttons Adder” plugin and the Beautiful Pro theme. I tried deactivating that plugin and using the share buttons provided by Jetpack but that didn’t help. When I try to share it on Facebook, it comes up with an error message, but if I actually click on the link it will take me to the right post. I also copied and pasted the link to my post onto my Facebook page but it still came up with the error message.This only happens when I schedule a post to be published verses manually publishing a post.

I changed the padding in my stylesheet under “site containers” from this:

.site-inner {
clear: both;
padding-top: 80px;
}

to this:

.site-inner {
clear: both;
padding-top: 20px;
}

You can decrease the padding by however much you want to make the gap smaller. Hope that helps!
