Sounds more like a Vimeo problem than a WordPress problem. Have they got something (an ad blocker?) blocking Flash, for example?

Did you get a message like “If your .htaccess file were writable, we could do this automatically, but it isn’t…” when you tried to change the permalinks?

If not, have a look at your actual .htaccess file and make sure that 1) it’s writable and 2) that it includes a bit of code that begins

It sounds like WP isn’t able to write the redirect rules to it.

You’ll need to be logged in. If you *are* logged in, underneath the column on the right, you’ll see two sets of five stars – the right-most one is for your vote. If you’re not logged in, you’ll just see the stars for other people’s scores.

Yes ?? But not only to resolve this issue.

First thing to look at – does your form have an “action” attached to it? Or does your form rely on some kind of javascript that means that hitting the “enter” button is broken as a submission method?
