Yeap, it was clearly written under the “Send shipping details to PayPal instead of billing” option… I should have paid more attention.

It’s a shame Paypal only accept one address tho.

FYI I had the same problem on my site (with version 1.4.6)
My workaround solution was to disable registration during checkout and then I added a registration form to the default woocommerce>checkout>form-login.php
