Hello @algoritmika,
thank you, this works. Every time a customer save their invoice address the message is sent. But I need some help to complete. The following two points still truble me:
1. How can we solve that a message should only be sent by saving a VAT number?
2. We use email template customizer from VillaTheme but the message will not be send by this template plugin, it is sent by normal woocommerce. I have already asked there, but do you have any idea why this is not working with your custom mail Plugin?Thanks a lot for giving a helping hand!

the customer provides their VAT ID when entering his invoice address (/my-account/edit-address/billing/ ) .

Unfortunately that didn’t work. Plugin is up to date and I also added the snippet.
As soon as a customer has entered something in the _billing_eu_vat_number field, nothing happens.
Is it possible that a setting is missing in the plugin itself?Or maybe something needs to be adjusted for WooCommerce emails?

1. Normal way to create accound should be left
We expect more customer than dealers. If we offer a selection of both groups in first step it might cause wrong registrations
2. Existing customer should be update manually to dealer

please excuse my bad explanation. It was a bit late ??
There are a couple of points about the process that I’m currently thinking about.
We prefer normal WooCommerce registration/login.
There we have fulfilled the current legal status due to other extensions and can also adapt there in the future.
Functions such as double opt-in and consent to current regulations are possible there.
Here is a picture of what I mean by thatAnd here in comparison to the registration/login we would need to build in with your Plugin.
We would also like to give our existing customers the opportunity to be subsequently upgraded to a dealer.
But you cannot do this using your form, because a completely new registration is expected and required there.
If an existing customer now fills out the prescribed form parts, name and e-mail address, with his existing data, the registration will hang (does not load further, probably because customer already exists?) and he will not be updated, also note for waitinfg for approval will not be set.
Based on these considerations of these scenarios, I am considering whether it would not be better to simply have like an upgrade button, so the customer is able to request a new role without making new account.
Right now I’m thinking about including a form that only a logged in customer can see and request an update. After that, we will manually add the role to the existing account.
I think that the plugin status should then probably be set to B2B.I hope you can follow my explanations

another problem was caused by this plugin. As a solution I uninstalled the plugin and installed an alternative. Since then, none of the errors have occurred.
