I found the issue!!!! It was not hacked, it was a bug due to changes at godaddy.com (where the site is hosted). Check it out, I replaced the file and it works!

I’m glad your database is ok. It looks like I might have to starts from scratch.

Under the lib folder there is a admin folder, other themes don’t have that. Wonder if it’s something in there? I even uploaded my original file (whic worked just fine) and I get the same issue.

We had 2.8 when we worked with the theme, this issue occurred without us upgrading WP. When I disabled the theme I went into dashboard and upgraded wordpress and any plugins that needed upgrading. Made no difference, issue persists.

I don’t think we’ll get help from themeforst as we customized the theme (even thought it was mainly with images and ccs). However I will get in touch with the developer of the theme to see if he or she can help.
