We do not have a user interface where you can view and edit Company information; Company information must be re-entered upon each job submission.

We have an outstanding feature request on this issue: https://github.com/Automattic/WP-Job-Manager/issues/1135

I recommend adding a comment there to cast a vote, and subscribe to the issue for future updates.

The fix is underway, as you can see here: https://github.com/Automattic/sensei/pull/7669. If you need the fix immediately and feel comfortable with tweaking the codebase, feel free to take the fix in this pull request and apply to your site until it’s deployed in our next version release.

The grid layout is not offered by core WP Job Manager plugin, however, there are 3rd-party themes and plugins that extend the core WPJM features to offer frontend styling options such as the grid layout.

I can’t find this option ( https://tinyurl.com/2ybc4epy) in my wp job manager settings.

This is not a part of WP Job Manager core plugin. It seems like this is coming from either a customization or 3rd party plugin or themes.
