To add, we noticed this when adding a theme.json which was to remove the empty SVGs put in the latest version of WP.
Removing the theme.json isn’t a solution for us for Performance reasons, but it does restore the alignment options when removed, as above.
Please rollout a fix for so we don’t require a theme.json for the duotone SVGs.

Thanks for your response Joel. We’re finding it is being flagged on the hashtags, e.g.
<p class="ctf-tweet-text" style="">...Tweet text... <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/clientname" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">#mydesiredhashtag</a></p>
Yes they as noted as nofollow, but this still flags in the Lighthouse report. I shall feedback to my client about the Pro option. Thank you, I wasn’t aware of the templating option (we didn’t install the plugin!).
The tick box that says “Repeat:” is selected, and in green is the text “Every 6 weeks on Monday until 14th February 2017”.
The link to the event which is set to recur for 6 weeks, is : https://clart.blueocto.co.uk/event/monday-messy-play-langley-park/?instance_id=2
And the link to the calendar : https://clart.blueocto.co.uk/calendar-2/
OK i think half the issue is, I had styling applied, which I’ve removed and this is now showing the prev / next.
The reason i was hiding/editing the prev/next is because I had the option selected to use AJAX to reload the next image, without refreshing the page.
Is that still possible as I dont see it in the settings?
I can’t get the original code from my Dropbox, but you can see a demo here:
https://31.25.188.124/~largemod/gallery-test/
I’ve gone into the Page, clicked the Gallery icon,
selected “NextGEN Basic ImageBrowser”,
selected my Gallery,
“customise the display settings” is set to “NextGEN: imagebrowser.php”,
I leave “sort or exclude” as default,
and press Save.It outputs this:
<img class="ngg_displayed_gallery mceItem" alt="" src="https://31.25.188.124/~largemod/nextgen-attach_to_post/preview/id--4945" />
My issue was with the [imagebrowser] shortcode; any ideas?
Thanks for your speedy response Joost! I’ll take this back to the client ??
