The blocks on the User page, Members page and Account page render to blank. The blocks on all the other special pages render correctly (login, register, etc). I have tried it with different themes, and the problem is the same, so the theme is not the cause.

This used to work fine until a few weeks ago, then it suddenly stopped working (probably with some sort of update). I don’t have records to show which update caused it.

    Hello @nhathaway

Done. On the test page, only the Account block is rendered; the others are still blank. The Account block renders blank on the Account page still.

Could you use this new page as account?

In addition, if I select members on the members block, that now renders on the test page, and that now also renders on the Members page, if I select that too.

If I change the form type to “Default profile” on the test page, that now renders, but still not for the same thing on the About Me page

Does the member directory and the profile pages working now?

    Regards.

The members page works. The user page and account page do not.

    Hi @nhathaway

Could you set a new page with the working account block as account page?

I can create a test user and a test account page and they render, provided I don’t go to settings at set them as the user page and account page respectively. As soon as I do that, they no longer render.

    HI @nhathaway

This is very strange. Did you check this page as admin? Could you check them as other user roles?

    Regards.

Yes, I was logged in as admin. Other (non-admin) users have the same problem.

Are there any file or database table contents I could check for unexpected values? Is there any debug I could capture?

    Hello @nhathaway

I have no idea how reproduce this issue. Try to reactivate the UM plugin.

    Regards.

I deactivated all plugins then reactivated only the UM plugin and the problem is still there.

Even with the latest series of updates, it still doesn’t work. I could send someone my database table, if that would help. (But not here, obviously)

    Hello @nhathaway

    Sorry for the late answer.

Could you create a fresh staging site (not a copy of your main one – just fresh site) only with the UM (2.6.7) and the default theme and check blocks there (please do not send me any credentials for this staging site)?

    Regards.

    Hi,
I am also having the same issue within my local development site after updating the plugin from version 2.5.4 to 2.6.7. When I place the account block on any page other than the “Account page” set in the plugin settings, the block will render as expected. However, when the block is placed on the account page, it renders nothing.

I have investigated this briefly and believe there is some issue with the code for the account block, as the shortcode which the block renders [ultimatemember_account] appears to render fine when added within the editor.

    Hello @nhathaway

I think I understand the reason for this issue. We will try to fix it asap.

Please use shortcodes (not blocks) for account form on account page and profile form on profile page.

    Regards.

Well, it isn’t resolved. Now that you know what the problem is, is it going to be fixed?
