I tried creating a new shop template and setting that as the shop page in Woolentor settings and I still get nothing showing up on the page for results. In my template, I am using the Woolentor Product Archive to display my products. Do I need some other widget or shortcode to display the results? The template page loads correctly, it’s just that where the products for the search result are supposed to show, it’s blank.

So I was doing something similar, but I guess it was wrong. I had used the same page for the template and the default shop page in WooCommerce.

I deleted my shop page and created a new one where it only had the shortcode [products]. I set it as the shop page in WooCommerce.

I used the template that I had for the shop page and I set it as the template in the Woolentor settings.

I still get an empty result.

What I noticed is that if I don’t set any template for the shop page in Woolentor, then I get search results.

Is there something I’m doing wrong?

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

I didn’t know that there was a default shop page that comes with woocommerce. Where do I find that? I created a new page in Elementor for the shop page.

I have tried different search widgets, the standard, WL search, AWS. None work.

I’m using Woocommerce version 4.8.0 and WordPress version 5.6. Both are the latest version.

There must be some other reason. The error specifically states Woolentor in it.

The website is not live so you can’t see that page.

When I use the AWS plugin, the search results are from my shop page (shop page AWS) and they are blank just like the picture in the link.

Thank you for responding.

I have tried entering https://indofiji.ca/?s=woo&post_type=product and it gives me a list of results (https://i.imgur.com/2gjVtfI.png) without any formatting. I’m assuming this is the standard WooCommerce search results?

When I scroll down the results and click on page 2 then it takes me to my shop page (https://indofiji.ca/page/2/?s=woo&post_type=product) and shows “woo” in the search bar with no results ().

Please let me know what this means.

Maybe I can disable coming soon for a couple hours when you have a chance to check the page? Please let me know what time (including time zone) and I can disable coming soon.
