Huge it forms doesn’t work

Huge IT forms just disappeared. You said to replace a frontend_view.php file but didn’t give a location for this file. Where can we find this – or did you update the plug-in like you said you were going to?

I have waited for a couple of weeks for this.

Huge IT cost our business 20000 usd in lost sales. After they did support the whole website had to be restored as they disabled everything and reset our website to standard without taking a backup.
I have paid for both form and for retreive but when there is nothing to retreive because the plugin stops working and no alerts come.

The solution Huge form came with was well just disable your whole website as you have some conflicting plugin. We switched to Gravity forms which just worked out of the box and got no refund. Hugeform is really the worst experience just stay away.
