Yes, one page would be perfect but I cant get polylang to pickup the appropriate page since I choose my single page in the settings , and that page is in english. When I click on View More it leads me to that english page.
If you have some other idea whats wrong please advise.

your fix works perfectly on default WP theme but it fails on Jnews theme for some reason. No errors but it just not working. Also I installed Participants Template addon for this but no luck.
I will try to resolve this somehow.

i was thinking that perhaps other: could hold preset value like something i could select. For example, you could have 2 radio buttons to select country and “other” to select city, like a dropdown kind of select.

thank you very much again. Sorry for wasting your time on this. Like you said pdb_record page lead all users to one page no matter what language they are using. Also you mentioned I can add value to the link so that it can choose right language. How can I do that? I have setup of 3 record pages (each for every language).
Everything else is working like it should.

Yes sir,
I know I can change email template, but we have 3 languages and only default template is sent. Is there a way to have 3 different templates for each language.
Also, [record_link] leads to english page.
