I really can’t elaborate. However, I did reinstall everything and it worked. So, there must have been something I did, but didn’t realize it.

I’m still clueless as to how it works now. My default now is to have a testing site running on my computer before I post the the live server.

I found out the theme had a problem. I reinstalled it and now it is working.
