Thanks for the update ??
The Ai1EC offers several views such as Agenda and Posterboard.
You can see an example of the posterboard view here: https://time.ly/calendar/
v1.9 of the calendar (which will be released next week), will allow our users to set the display dates. For example, you will be able to display all events that are occurring between today and January, or today and June 2013, etc.
It is very customizable.
Thanks

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Can i change who can view?Hello,
Our calendar has the ability to make events private or password protected. This is only for individual events, not the entire calendar page. For more details, please read the following article: https://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/525729-how-do-i-make-an-event-private-or-password-protected-
I have come across several sites where users have integrated a third party plugin to provide them with this capability. Unfortunately, I am not aware of which plugins do this – You might want to do a search and experiment a bit.
Take care

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Entering Dates for EventsHi Mcgalliard,
What version of the calendar are you running?
Can you please follow the steps in the following article to see if this is occurring due to a theme or plugin conflict: https://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/782129-do-i-have-a-theme-or-plugin-conflict-
Please let me know how this goes.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Create public and private events alsoHello,
You need to make the user an Administrator, Editor, or an Author – All of these roles have the capabilities that allow them publish private (or any) events.
Next, here is an article that describes how to make an event private or password protected: https://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/525729-how-do-i-make-an-event-private-or-password-protected-
v1.9 will allow you to change and customize your calendar and change font colours. Also, your events will show up the colour of the category that you assigned to it. So, if you create a category called “private events’ and select the colour blue, all your events under that category will appear in blue.
I am not aware of how you can create user groups – our plugin does not offer this type of functionality. Here is a list of the different roles that you can assign and the different capabilities each role has: https://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/600971-what-permissions-do-the-different-roles-have-for-the-all-in-one-event-calendar-
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Multiple Instances of the calendarHi,
You do not need a third party calendar to do this.
If you have a calendar at Main site 1, and you want it to be displayed on site2 and site3, you just need to import the feed into it.
You can do this by going to your main calendar on Main site 1 where your events are, and right click on the subscribe button underneath the calendar. Select “Copy Link Address”
Next, go into your site2 and site3 and go to your dashboard>events> calendar feeds
Paste the link into the iCalendar/.ics Feed URL boxNext, select “add new subscription” and “refresh”
If you do this on both site 2 and site3, your events will be imported automatically.
Thanks

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Expanding too much in agenda viewHi Mario,
To edit the background colour of your widget, you need to edit the code below (the bolded part) and copy and paste it into the bottom of your wp-content/themes-ai1ec/vortex/style.css
#sidebar .widget {
background-attachment: scroll !important;
background-clip: border-box !important;
background-color: transparent !important;
background-image: url(“images/widget-bg.png”) !important;
}*You need to change the background colour to whatever you’d like, and remove the “background image” line.
In regards to your expanded Agenda view – there will be many options to customize what you want to appear in v1.9 – This upgrade will be available in roughly 2 weeks.
Just a reminder as well, you need to create a child theme before editing your css or al; of your customizations and changes will overwritten on upgrade. Here are the steps that you can follow: https://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/541097-how-do-i-create-a-child-theme-

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Month titleHello creo905
It appears you have cufon fonts enabled. I am not sure how to edit the font colour in the css anymore due to this. If you disable this, I will be able to assist you.
v1.9 will be released in about 2 weeks and you can customize your calendar and text in this version also.
Thanks.
