Hi Manu-PB,
There is a bug in v1.8.3 which does not filter these events correctly.
v1.9 will handle this much better – It will be available to upgrade in a few weeks. As a workaround, set your Agenda Pages Show at most to “100” and your filtered events should show up one the same page.
Thanks
Hi urpluggedin,
It seems like you may have had some issues during installation.
Can you please ftp to your site, and copy the files from
wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/themes-ai1ec
to
wp-content/themes-ai1ec.Overwrite any old files.
This will update your core theme files.
Hello mmm22 and hypeon,
I have spoken with our associated web development team (The Seed Studio), and they told me that this job is quite complex and would involve a lot of work. This is one of the reasons why our calendar is no longer being supported in IE8. They charge $120.00 per hour and they estimated that it would take a few days. Obviously this is not ideal.
If you would like some more information however and are seriously considering this as an option, you can email [email protected] and she can provide you with a more precise quote.
Thanks.
Hi Phil,
Can you please verify that you are not experiencing a theme or plugin conflict by following the instructions in this article: https://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/782129-do-i-have-a-theme-or-plugin-conflict-
If you continue to experience issues, please email [email protected]
Thanks.
Hello Wizjaws,
When using the Modernize theme from Themeforest, our calendar does not show up initially. We have had many users resolve this issue by simply adding some text (any text) onto the page where the calendar is suppose to appear. For some reason, this makes the calendar visible and functioning.
Thanks.
Hi mmm22,
I am looking into a quote for you and I will get back to you shortly.
Thanks for your patience.
Hello Laura,
What version of the calendar are you running?
What version of WP do you have? The All-in-One Event Calendar is set up to display numerous events per day. It should not be limiting you to only two events.
When you add more than two, are you still able to publish them on the same day? Although they do not show up on the front end, do they still appear in the backend?
To help us resolve this issue, can you please try the following:
1.) Temporarily change your theme to WP default Twenty Eleven and check to see if more than two events are displayed on your calendar, or if you can add more than two events per day. If this does not solve…
2.) Deactivate all of your plugins (except the calendar) to see if this resolves the problem. This will help us to rule out some possible causes.
In regards to the time being displayed, we can hide this feature by editing the CSS. If you send us the link to your site, we can tell you exactly what to edit.
Thanks.
