all works fine, although the functionality we requested has not been implemented.

FTR, it is not resolved after the update.

The waiting time is increased from 20000 to 450000 milliseconds but it still goes timeout most of the time.

We’ve disabled the integration with Campaign Monitor until it is resolved.

Would appreciate some information on the progress and if it will be resolved anytime soon.

And one more issue,

If we want to remove the user data (say requested by the customer with GDPR rules to delete all personal information), we delete the WP user and remove from all MailPoet lists with bulk action, but users email is still in the Mailpoet ‘WordPress users’ and ‘Woocommerce customers’ lists.

Is there an efficient way to delete all user data from Mailpoet?

Thanks for the reply.

I’d also like to add that there is a bug on the same subscriber’s lists that prevets some bunk actions. In particular, ‘moving to trash’ and ‘remove from all lists’ actions do not work when applied to filtered results.

Please, look into fixing this issue too with the next updates.
