Thanks Outhands, when I deactivated Polylang it was fixed. But i activated plugin same problem came back. How i can fix this? Polylang settings are normal, what should I do about Polylang settings? What about to delete plugin completely , then to reinstall again?

Thank you so much for your helps dtynan. Ok, I’ve fixed this, I changed Contact Form 7 values and form appeared on page, but there are still some troubles. When I click submit button, system is giving adverse reply and I think it is failed. Then e-mail is coming to my e-mail address. There is a dowload link, everything is ok, but link is not working (file not found error)

There is something of EBD options, “Check if cURL is enabled”, when I click that, it is giving file not found error too. This is link: https://www.keytorc.com/wp-content/plugins/email-before-download/checkcurl.php. Is this related my problem? I uploaded file via Download Monitor plugin. File’s link is working. Why is it giving this error?

What I can do? I have to do that. Is there alternative plug-in instead EBD or how can I fix this error?

Also mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/email-before-download/checkcurl.php does not work, it is giving 404 error too. Is this related with my problem?

My pages are ready in two languages. I wrote all content as manual. I will just connect the pages and edit menu, footer etc. now jupiter theme options do not work with Polylang, i dont need translate. So i want to use free plug in.
