1. I was not looking at my error logs. Because I am on a shared hosting platform, I cannot access those directly and will have to get them by contacting support.

2. Along the clue of DISQUS, I decided to deactivate the WP Contact Form III plugin (version 1.62d). It use contactform code from Ryan Duff’s original Contact Form Plugin

Bingo. The options page works just fine.

Since I would like to use a contact form on my blog, I will try to see if the popular Contact Form 7 plugin works.

Hmmm. I am also getting the same issue after just upgrading to WordPress 2.9.2. I even reverted back to an old YARPP 3.0.13 version… same thing.

Also got a blank screen when clicking on the options.php from the Plugin Editor.

The logs do not show any errors.
Not using DISQUS (as mentioned in readme).

Not sure if that helps any.

My bad. I thought that I had FTPed all of the files and folders. I had just copied over the files in the root directory. So all of the files in wp-admin, wp-content, and wp-includes were the old 2.0.3 stuff.

Sometimes it doesn’t pay to move fast.
