You’ve got a great idea! If you’re developing a client area plugin one thing I’ve found missing in WordPress is a billing and ticket system. There’s are several that do these separately but nothing that integrates a client area allowing someone to order services and submit tickets. I’m attempting to open a web based tech support site and something of this nature would be quite useful.
