Can I get some opinions? What do I need to improve?

My main suggestion would be setting up either a custom theme for your blog or having someone create one for you. A non-generic feel always helps visitors stick around in my opinion.

Thanks. I know I am replying a bit late but we have some more content up and was hoping to get some more opinions. Traffic is definitely increasing to the site which is great anyone have some suggestions? I am working on a new header image right now which hopefully turns out well.
