I have found Load JS Deferred to be causing the problem. Added the URL to JS Deffered Excludes and that fixed it.

Rolling back on OceanWp and updating again solved the issue.

I am also using Ocean Stick Anything, however disabling the plugin did not solve the issue.

Thank you for your reply. My WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address are the same.

However, in mid October I moved from an old domain to a new domain. Maybe I have to re-new my Account info with OTP (i.e. Customer ID, API Key, Token Key)?

Yes, I have set “Add to cart” validation to “Validate and add notices”. The plugin works well. However, the notice for exceeding maximum cart quantity only appears in the cart page. My question is, whether this notice can also be shown in the single product page?
