Hello,

My website is blank after installing wp better security. There is no way to logon; nothing, just a blank screen. I am sure it is because I changed the wp_ prefix while doing the initial install, it seemed like a good idea.
I can logon at https://www.website.com/wp-admin/
BUT, ALL CONTENT IS GONE.

I cannot reach my site from any IP address, not even my cellphone.
I am using Plesk 9.5.5 on a Windows 2003, IIS6 Server.
.htaccess has not changed.
I deleted plugins directory. Nothing.
The files still seem to be on the server. So, I know this can be fixed.
My wp-config file hasn’t changed. Still $table_prefix = ‘wp_’;
I made a “backup” while doing the wp better security install, but I have no idea where that is? Something about emailing it to me?
Not sure how to work with SQL?

I fixed it! Remove HTTP header: Content-Type = “text/html” from all .CSS files in the theme. Please pass this on.

Thank you again, I called my host – says not server, but browser and CSS. I deleted twentyeleven, downloaded an new copy, and installed. Same thing. If the CSS worked a little bit? But, it doesn’t. It doesn’t load at all. There is no style. style.css doesn’t even exist as far as Chrome is concerned. Thank you, Bob

I’ve tried everything. Do you see what I do? Chrome does not format https://www.laser-hair-removal.pro? There is no CSS. But, Firefox is perfect. And the other server is perfect for all browsers. Why?

Thank you for such a quick reply. Ok, I switched to twentyeleven theme. But, that’s the thing. It does’t matter what theme I am using. Chrome will not load the CSS (style.css). I might call my host, but they will just say they don’t support WordPress. This is my first WordPress site I have ever tried. It looks great in Firefox! Any server settings or ideas?
