Same here … it seems to move around if I randomly pick a plugin to deactivate. Different options then fail.
I’m on wpengine running unix, php 7.3. 5.4.2 wordpress

error is now moved to different line number
undefined function check_admin_referer() in /wp-content/plugins/http-headers/http-headers.php

neither work for me the $.curCSS fix does nothing.

the jquery 1.7 allows widgets to open up but not editing limitations.

Same for me… disabling widget-logic-visual everything works again…. Plus the widget areas don’t open up either.

I had the same problem … In my case it was adhesive.php that once deleted allowed my plugins page to reappear.

Interestingly nothing had changed in my blog software for 2-3 weeks.
