    I experienced this problem after switching from Woocommerce Shipping & Tax. Going back to S & T returned the function, until they get this resolved. You might give it a try.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I was having a terrible time trying to get to the Woocommerce-Shipping forum. It kept coming up WC-Shipping & Tax.

    When I got there, via your provided link, I found that the problem has already been brought up and is being looked inot.

    Regards,

    Woocommerce Shipping & Tax has the ability to create a new additional label. Woocommerce Shipping does not. I use this function to create shipping labels for items not on the web site.

    @bobsled,

    I appreciate your defensive comments. I was probably being a little dense because in the past, when I needed to revert, it seems the plugin’s info page provided a link to the www.ads-software.com repository under the headref “previous versions”. I really didn’t pay attention to where I landed, only that what I was looking for was there. When David said “to google”, it didn’t register right away. I did manage to find my way to the repository, and to revert back to resolve the issue.

    That said, I appreciate David’s additional updates to resolve the problems being caused by interactions with other people’s code, with three additional updates to date.

    Updated to 1.22.18 and no longer crashes on loading website.

    Thanks for ‘fixing’ the problem that Photocrati wouldn’t address because release 5 is EOS.

    I rolled UpdraftPlus back to 1.22.12, and there is no error when opening the site.

    Photocrati Support’s response to the problem:

    “…but as weird as it may sound – it appears to be a conflict between the theme and UpdraftPlus”.

    And deactivating UpdraftPlus enables the website to stop having the error.

    Created separate support topic.

    David,

    Sorry for being dense, but I don’t understand what you mean by “click on any of the first several links that appear”.

    Bob

    My sites also crash with 1.22.16 update. I am running the Photocrati theme and the error I get is ” Class ‘Photocrati_Style_Manager’ not found”. If I deactivate the NextGEN plugins, I get an extended version of the error. Photocrati support says the problem is caused by the UpdraftPlus BackUp/Restore plugin. Deactivating UpdraftPlus returns sites to working correctly.

    I will attempt to back-level UpdraftPlus.

    I found that the warning message disappeared after deactivating the NextGEN Gallery and NextGEN Pro plugins. Returned on reactivation. Fortunately, there are no galleries on this site, so I can leave them deactivated.

    Thanks for your help.

    Same. I got two of these purchases in the last 12 hours. Both with the same information but different email and same address. I just deleted them and will go from there.

    Make sure they didn’t create any backend user accounts. Delete them if they did.

    @madjax
    @bobwey1 what about you – do you have access logs from the server?

    I do have access logs. They pretty much mirror what @davetgreen has described. The fake order was followed by a rankmath hit. The next day there was a string of 30 rankmath hits from as many IPs in about 45 minutes. Another string a day later. They are still coming.
    Interestingly, as I mentioned earlier, they are using page 4 of this thread as the ‘from’ url of the hit.

    It looks like @mikestraw has the team looking into this now. If the logs are needed I can supply them.

    Anyone else seeing that the accounts shouldn’t have been created in the first place?

    I opened this as a separate thread 3 days ago.

    “Fake orders creating WordPress User accounts”

    Not much happening on it over there. ??

    @cadcad It seems that once there has been another post, I am unable to edit.
