I never found a resolution to this, can someone help me with it. I’ve looked into an alternate feed plug-in, but I would have to start over with mapping my feed. I would prefer to address the issue of updating if possible. My webguy is asserting that it conflicts with Woocommerce’s FedEx plugin?

Please tell me what else I can try to get it updated. It’s still pulling very old data.

Yes, we had disabled the normal WP-cron, but had it running every 15 minutes. We have re-enabled the standard WP-cron, but when I refresh it is still pulling old data. I will try again later today.

I still cant’ find a resolution to this, I’m told by my web guy that it appears to be interfering with some deprecated code in FedEx’s plugin. But I can’t eliminate the Fedex plugin. It estimates my shipping expense and provides that amount to each order. Any suggestions. I can’t manually update it either. It doesn’t seem to be related to WP-cron. No error messages in the logs.
