Try to check if the pricing option(s) were saved when you added the product. I had the same issue when I first added the gift product – for some reason it reverted to no price options.

After more digging we decided to switch to subdirectories, although it requires extra effort initially (as we already have content on the site, but fingers crossed that the Import option in Duplicator Pro will help with this), but I think it might save us some time in the long run.

@gappiah I tried adding a wildcard CNAME but I get this error: A record for name “*” exists. There must not be any additional record with that name.

Should I delete the wildcard A record? When I try to delete I get a notification that it is service relevant. Should I delete nonetheless?

I fixed the SSL issue based on host instructions, but I think I’m headed in the wrong direction with that.

What you mentioned after, with the CNAME vs A record might work, as I have added it as an A record. I will try with CNAME as well.

Sorry for the late reply. I have removed the second calculator, but the error still persists. In the meanwhile we have used a link to a separate page for the desktop version, but the mobile version is still inside a popup. There the first dropdown doesn’t appear, when selecting the sex and when submitting it returns that 0.

Would you recommend using Force from email as a precaution? We generally use our own SMTP as a mailer.
