Hello,
You have an s3 domain from where you are serving the images, you should whitelist that inside https://dashboard.optimole.com. Afterwards refresh the stats inside the Optimole plugin to make sure everything is in sync. Clear the cache from any caching plugins and regenerate any CSS if required.Images should then also start to process for other domains that are whitelisted.
If you encounter any issues or require more help you can also contact us directly at https://optimole.com/#contactAlso here is a document with some more information on possible issues that you might encounter and how to solve them: https://docs.optimole.com/article/1086-why-optimole-does-not-optimize-all-the-images-from-my-site
LEt us know how this goes, thank you!
Hello,
I don’t see the images being optimised on that page, did you whitelist the domains from which those images are being served, as I see that you serve images from other domains than the one used by your website.
Also is the retina option enabled inside Optimole?
Let us know, thank you!

Hello,
You can specify an image size that should be used for cropping if not already defined by the plugins or the theme that you use eg.
add_image_size(“optml_custom_crop” 325, 325, true);
This should tell Optimole that you want to crop to that specific size instead of scaling to fit.
Let me know if this would work for you.
Thank you!Hello,

Hello,
That is a response for an image that was not processed after several tries and it is set to try at a much later date.
This can be resolved by making sure that your images are accessible, if you have any service that is blocking or limiting access to your website you should make sure to whitelist the User Agent: Optimole (1.0)After that clear the cache from Optimole and the service will try again to process the images.
Let me know if this answers your question or if you have more, also if you can share with us a link to your website or image that is returning this response I can provide you with more information.
Thank you!

Hello,
This is an error caused by the PHP version we do not support 5.4.45 anymore.
Can you upgrade to at least 5.5.1 and see if that solves the issue for you?Let us know, thank you!
Hello,
These are from the mobile version I think: https://snpy.in/Riuz3n
as the logo used inside the desktop version has the alt attribute: https://snpy.in/xW2eNqWe do not touch the existing attributes of the image, so if the alt attribute is there and defined by the theme or you we keep those.
So you should check where that logo is added on the mobile version and what alt attribute it uses.
Let me know if this clears things up.
Thank you!Hello,
I’ve checked the page you have submitted and I can see that sliders behave the same even with Optimole disabled.
Can you confirm by adding this: ?optml_off=true to the end of the URL?
Is there something I’m missing?
Let me know, thank you!
