It appears to be a PHP Memory Limit issue.
Do you see any errors in the WP Admin > Settings > MainWP Child > Server Information (Error Log) page?

I have tried to duplicate this issue and everything works properly on our side.

Can you please try do delete the MainWP Dashboard plugin and install it again. In case you have some caching plugin on your dashboard site, it would be good to delete cache after that.

I had the same issue. Plugin is in conflict with the Google Analytics for WordPress plugin.

After deactivating the GA plugin, pricing table looks fine.
