Hi @eroubos,
From what I see, the backup file was restored successfully.
[…] but when I visited the Homepage, I got the WordPress Fresh Installation Page. So I had to install the WP again. It was an empty site so no harm done but it’s strange, isn’t it?
I don’t think I’ve seen this before. From what I’ve googled, it could be caused by a table prefix mismatch.
This one is a bit difficult to troubleshoot remotely, without being able to login and test things myself. I’m going to take a look at a few things and get back to you soon.
Thanks,
– BradHi @viniciusamaral, thanks for the rating! We’re always open to feedback, so if you have any suggestions on how we can make things better, don’t hesitate to let us know.

Hi slkx,
My name is Brad, I’m one of the developers on the BoldGrid team. I’m very sorry that the BoldGrid Backup plugin triggered that Fatal error and got you locked out of your site.
After I saw your post this morning, I hopped on to troubleshooting and fixed the problem.
It’s totally understandable if you’ve trashed the BoldGrid Backup plugin and looked elsewhere. If you would be willing to give it another try, or for anyone else reading this, you should see an update available for the plugin to BoldGrid Backup Premium version 1.0.1.
For anyone interested in the details, the bug appears to be in the BoldGrid Backup Premium extension. The plugin is private on github, but I created a gist showing the code change: https://gist.github.com/bwmarkle/76fd47f0b5745de329006ea2ba874884
slkx, if you would be willing to help, I’d like to learn more about the hosting environment you’re running your site on so that I can test the BoldGrid Backup plugin further. If you wanted to reach out, you can send me a message at [email protected]
Again, very sorry that we crashed your site. I couldn’t replicate the problem on my end, but the BoldGrid Backup Premium version 1.0.1 patch should fix it.
Thanks!
