If it gets corrupted by WP-Rocket, it means that WP-Rocket is serving the old (cached) CSS/JS files – try purging the entire WP-Rocket cache – not only page content, but minified and combined CSS/JS files as well.

If you are experiencing issues with page layouts on your site after Bold Page Builder update to version 4.9.x make sure to update your theme and all packaged plugins to their latest versions.
Theme and plugin updates should resolve the layout issues.

You can use one of the following methods to update the theme: https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/article/7123/

If you choose to do it manually, using FTP, make sure to delete all old theme files as some of them are removed in the latest versions of the theme and they may create conflicts if left on the server.

Of course, remember to clear your server cache if any.

Please make sure to remove js file from \wp-content\themes\ippsum\bold-page-builder\content_elements\bt_bb_accordion folder. We are currently working on this to resolve this issue and new theme update will include the fix. Thanks for your patience.

Hi,

We have managed to find the reason why your slider isn’t showing selected images. If you would like to have a preview of full image height, than add element Image to the slider. When the images are selected as Slider Item background image, than you should have some content in the Slider item and it will give a height to the slider.

So, the best way is to add Image elements to each Slider item.

If you want to use third party plugin shortcode please use ‘Shortcode’ element and paste it. When it comes to editing header, footer or sidebar area, please note that the settings are related to the theme that you are using.
