Regarding background video, the best way is to add an absolute URL (for example: https://demos.bold-themes.com/demo-wedding-2017/wp-content/…/my-video.mp4).

OGG and WebM are video formats. Depending which format are you using, please enter its URL in required field.

In order to recreate background image in full width section, please follow the next steps:

1. Once you add Section, please set its layout to “Boxed (1200px)”
2. Then please select “Design” tab in Section editor. Choose desired image from Media Library and set “Background image” accordng to your needs.
3. Once you set background image, please add Rows and Columns with required elements (Headline, Text element).

If we have understand you well, after selecting Switch Editor to Bold Page Builder, content entered in Default Editor is missing. This is happening because in Default Editor are not used Bold Builder’s shortcodes which is why your content can not be read or set automatically i ncertain elements, e.g Text, Header, Image, etc.

After switching back to Default Editor, the previous content should be located in editor field (only in case that you haven’t used Bold Builder elements which override your content).

The mentioned behavior is not related to Customize Twenty Seventeen plugin but theme itself. In order to have a closer look, please deactivate plugin and use Browser Inspect tools and you will be able to see how Twenty Seventeen theme works.

It depends on which theme are you using Bold Page Builder. In Twenty Seventeen theme label “Customized by BoldThemes” is located in Widgets – Footer 2 area.
Otherwise, if you are using Twenty Sixteen, than please use the following statements and add them to Custom CSS field on Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS panel:

Icon colors can be changed in Bold Builder – Design panel within image element – choosing color scheme from variations of light, dark, black, white or accent color. Should you want to have another color, please consider using Custom CSS.

If you are using our theme, than Accent and Alternate color can be changed in Customization panel. Otherwise, it depends what kind of settings are providing your current theme.
