In general all shortcodes should be working when entered using text element, not the raw html. All contact forms on our demos (Contact Form 7 shortcodes) are rendered using text element.

Please let us know if this resolves the issue.

Currently there is no google maps element, the map in the demos was embedded using raw html element.

It has not been tested with that theme.

Thanks and sorry for late reply ?? All settings under BoldThemes Settings in Customize should work with child theme (tested). If you have an issue with any specific option please let us know.
