Thank you for your answer, but the target was to fix the incompatibility, not roll back Woocommerce…
I think, as often in checkout process, the problem comes from ajax.
Gonna follow my researches.

The Transposh translation plugin version didn’t change.
Checkout process was OK with previous WC versions, not with the last ones.
So, the modification of compatibility is inputed to WC, isn’t it ?
For instance, in checkout process, how do you explain that in Your Order section, everything is translated, except cart-subtotal tag ?
I think the checkout process is not very easy for translation plugins.
I addressed compatibility problems to both WC and Transposh, few years ago.
They answered they would work together to improve compatibility, but they never did… Not very serious…
I had to solve myself the compatibility problem, as mentionned above.
For this new one, I don’t find any issue, have you any idea ?

Why do you put dateformat: ‘yy-mm-dd’ in scripts.js ?
Withadd_filter( 'wpcf7_support_html5_fallback', '__return_true' );, the datepicker is active on Firefox, but input date field is filled with yy-mm-dd format.
If you delete line 117 in scripts.js, it will be filled with user default format (dd-mm-yy in my case).
Or tell us how to change the datepicker format… from yy-mm-dd to dd-mm-yy.
Hope your answer will be more developed.
