To follow on from this – i have specifically noticed that the problem occurs when the ACF Gallery field being exported is a child of an ACF Flexible Content field.

I have also tested this on your demo server installation and seen the same issue is there.

Just tried your suggestions but no joy unfortunately – even when I disable all other modules (leaving Page Cache enabled only) and clearing the cache I’m still getting the Server error.

I tried using the ‘disk basic’ option but this had no effect.

The only thing that seems to have any effect is (as others have mentioned) when the Debug Mode is enabled for the Page Cache. Then the site seems to load up without the Error. However, I’m rather reluctant to keep this activated as according to the description “Performance in this mode will not be optimal, use sparingly and disable when not in use.”

Perhaps, though, this might provide some clue as to why the Page Cache is relying on Debug Mode to work?

One thing I did notice from the Debug output was that the Header Info line is missing, as follows:

Maybe this could have something to do with it?

Hope someone is able to get to the bottom of this as I do really like the plugin but this incompatibility issue (when Debug Mode is disabled) is making it unusable.
