This issue is not resolved. I don’t know what’s caused these errors, there’s no custom code, and I know the theme and other plugins are not an issue so that leaves your plugin as the problem causing the errors. I’m not a programmer so telling me to resolve code errors isn’t helping me resolve the issue. My client originally paid for this plugin and now it seems it falls under the free support area. Is it better to go to the 3CX’s version so I can get the support required to figure out how to resolve the problem?
I haven’t used any customized code on the site, it’s only been built with Nexus Themes and some plugins. How do I find out what’s causing the code errors? As I mentioned previously I had disabled all the plugins and theme but the issue was still happening so I’m not sure where to go from here to get this resolved.

I’m unclear what console errors you are referring to, can you please provide more information? I’ve looked at the settings and I’m not spotting an issue, they didn’t change settings and it was working recently and all of a sudden stopped. Plus why would it work in Safari if there are errors?

Hi Josh, I turned off all of the plugins except the woocommerce plugin and the wholesale. Each time I turned one off I did a refresh as the wholesale customer plugin. It still showed the price as $25.00 even though it was $20.00 for the wholesale customer. I also turned off the theme framework which is Divi to Twenty Seventeen and did another refresh and I even logged out and logged back in as the user and it still showed the wrong amount. Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I can confirm that I made the user a wholesale customer. I used one browser to create the user and pricing with my admin login (safari). Then went to another browser (chrome) using the incognito option to then login as my wholesale Customer and the price is still not displaying. I have screen shots if there’s a way to send those to you?
