Yes, e-mails reflect other order data but those have been previously stored when the order was generated. I have not tried standard custom fields yet and will do, but considering this field won’t be populated by the user when the order is made, wouldn’t this be the same? Will try your suggestion, though. Hi Mike, thanks for your answer. By Custom Field I mean I’ve used ACF to add a special field to “order” posts only. It works, but only after I have saved the order, then mark is as completed and re-save, only then I get this field’s info in my “order completed” e-mails. What I want is to process and store this field before the email gets sent, so I have to save the order just once. Do you think it is possible?
