UserPress doesn’t replace your theme. It simply activates the bundled theme. If you want to restore your old theme all you have to do is re-activate it. Nothing is deleted.

For whatever it’s worth, I think the new look is very slick and modern. And I don’t really understand the text size issues everyone is creaming about.

Perhaps disgruntled users could share screenshots (via IMGUR since this forum doesn’t seem to allow attachments) from their computers…just to make sure there aren’t any radical rendering differences between browsers.

Nobody has any idea how to fix this?

GabberMan can you elaborate? What are the modifications I need to make?

+1 (FeedWordPress has this functionality, but it doesn’t play well with YouTube, unlike WPeMatico).

Since when? An hour ago? Because that’s when I posted this thread. We were just talking about the kinds of links that are allowed in a footer and now you’re saying “no links” of any kind are allowed at all???

And what do you mean by “optional footers.” Credit links are generally included by default and webmasters have the “option” to remove them.

I did take it up with them and they didn’t care. Now I want to have a discussion about it on the community “discussion” board.

P.S. Just because something is a rule doesn’t mean it’s fair. I’m not throwing a fit about it, I’m simply trying to open a dialogue.

Yes. I sorted out the issue. It turned out to be a conflict with another plugin that inserts its own jQuery into the header. Your plugin works fine, so thanks for the good work. And thanks for the reply.

I updated the design. It no longer uses Masonry because it was causing strange conflicts with other plugins and also because I think a more traditional layout might be more suitable for the content on my site.

You forgot to include a link.

Maybe you could look at the AutoFocus template files and try to figure out how it inserts images. Then you can simply copy the code into the template you wish to use.

My bad. I just realized that WordPress restricts HTML tags on lower level users.

I had the same problem. By default, the plugin creates a prefix for wiki pages (domain.com/wiki/titleofwikipage). In my case, I had deleted the default prefix for my Wiki, leaving it empty, so that my URLs would look like domain.com/titleofwikipage …which resulted in permalink errors for regular blog posts. Restoring the prefix corrected the issue.
