In reply to: [The Events Calendar] New Deprecation notice introduced in 6.8.2.1I am glad to hear that @austyfrosty thank you for double checking!
It’s good to know that people using WP Packagist does this, we can prepare our releases a little diff.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Translation loading too early for WordPress 6.7We released a version today that should fix at least the two problems you’ve reported @peter8nss.
If you are unsure, you can always install the plugin Query Monitor, and look at the Logs at the top bar, it will normally include more details that you can relay here to us.

I get all notifications from this Topic, my bad on the delayed response.
If anyone wants to do a Pull Request on this it would be amazing, it is always helpful and I will personally make sure someone on our Engineering team gets it to QA in the next Maintenance Release cycle.
We have a couple of massive projects ending now before Black Friday, which will free up engineering to start looking at theses problems, we are hopeful to get at least a couple of Pull Requests to improve performance before the end of the year, but we need to make sure we properly QA before it goes out to users.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar: Category Colors] Colors are brokenHi @dee987
Do you mind checking with
WP_DEBUG
turned on? It seems like it might be something specific to your setup, which means I would need more specifics to be able to debug and figure out where exactly the cause of the issues is.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Really hate to post this reviewHI @jenniferannlove,
I am so sorry that has been your experience with our support and the ticketing system we use.I looked for your name on our system and couldn’t locate your thread, please let me know if you can give me a reference to find your ticket, I might be able to help you get the solution before your deadline.
Waiting for your response.
My Best Regards,Hi @hackrepair,
There is a piece of information on your Log that is missing that would help us immensely, the ending of this particular method call here:
TEC\Common\StellarWP\DB\DB::delta(‘\n\t\t\tCREATE TABL…
There were a couple of servers and more restrictive Database configurations that were getting errors upon registration of the new Tables we have on the plugin.
If you have access to your server configuration, in the
PHP.ini
the following would give us all the data:xdebug.var_display_max_data=-1
In any case our engineering team is looking at the problem, and we will have a fix for this problem ASAP.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Version 5.16.0.1 Breaks Screen OptionsHi @dsixto,
It seems like a couple of servers are running into issues while creating the custom tables this latest release requires, I would love to get a full Error Log from you so our Engineering team can take a look and solve the issue.
The more info we can get from you the faster it will be for us to pin-point what is problem.
