In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Tribe blocks not working can’t create new event.Hi @guerilladesigns @sskalko @toniq,
I would love to get some of what your console errors are, I will investigate this further based on the data provided here.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-see-a-javascript-console-error-on-your-site/
On all of our testing it seems like it is working when all of the Browser cache is properly cleared.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar: Category Colors] Version7.3.1 upgrade problemWould you mind sharing a couple of screenshots of how you have it setup? And potentially a link for the page where it would be broken?
I want to make sure we can replicate it locally so our team can fix it.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Polyfill.io Issue for Google Maps Platform users@page52 this warning was specifically talking about if there was copied code from their examples that would use polyfill we never shipped any code that depended on Polyfills URLs, so none of our customers are at risk here.
The only situation where that could happen is if someone has copied the code from Google Examples themselves.
So just to reiterate, none of the TEC customers are at risk from this vulnerability if they are using The Events Calendar and it’s add-ons.Best Regards,
Interesting, I would love to know more of your setup.
I’ve never used Bedrock, would you mind sharing a bit more of how you have it setup?
If you don’t feel comfortable sharing more publicly here, feel free to email to:
support at theeventscalendar.com
and mention this thread, I will get that info to see what is the cause.Best Regards,
I am glad the problem is resolved.
When I mean, sharing more details is sharing the full URL that you expected and which one that is actually being used, what kind of server you are using a screen shot of your Browser Network tab on the Inspector with the 404s, it all helps to add more details to the puzzle when solving these types of issues.
Best Regards,
Hi @askwpgirl,
We are aware of this problem if you read the changelog over the past couple of days we worked on a couple of fixes related to asset URL resolution.
We did a fair amount of testing on these items please do test with the latest version
6.5.1.4
to see if the path resolves correctly on all instances. When you say “whoever made this fix actually created a problem instead of fixing a problem“, do you think it was intentional? The fix did resolve the problem for a bunch of users, unfortunately it wasn’t a solution for all users and your website was on the group that it caused an issue.
We know where the problem is and were working on a solution, please when reporting these issues make sure to share a bit more details on which URLs are breaking so our engineering team can that data to make sure your use-case is resolved.
Best Regards,
Oh yeah for sure you can, you can duplicate the Event Date widget, make the first display just the start date and the second just the end date; Does that make sense?
I think the H1 is a quirk of how Elementor handles the sizing by default, I would manually change the title size with the Style Tab on the Elementor editor. So the Venue one is a bit different because it seems like you were using the Classic Editor or the Classic Details Block, which is something we don’t support in the Elementor Editor.
But yes there are some small differences, If you can please install it locally or on a staging site so we can check a bit further what those might be and I will create tickets for our team to take a look into the problems you are reporting.
Unfortunately since those changes are not true bugs of the functionality we might not get to it for a little bit, we are planning a set of updates to the Elementor in August and I would love to take a closer look at these small style differences, so customers have a better transition experience.

In reply to: [FakerPress] ACF fields support? It’s hard to match all of the ACF fields properly, you could do it manually now. Which I know is beyond far from Ideal, but Ideally I want to give automatic support for some of the simpler fields on an initial version, just not sure when yet.
Oh don’t worry I don’t think that at all @webdragon, I understand the confusion now I think.
Go to this page here: https://my.theeventscalendar.com/get-help/
Select “Something Else” and select “The Events Calendar”, make sure to mention this thread on the content of the question.
Send me your email and I will shoot you an invite so we can go over this.
Not every customer is super responsive about these types of problems, so it’s always important for us to get good feedback so we can point the strategy in the right direction so we can fix the problem the correct way.Best Regards,
Feel free to post a Ticket Ref here, I might be able to see why it’s taking a bit longer to answer you but like Marta said we should stick to doing the support in our Help Desk.
Do you mind sharing the link the message is sharing with you? Not security concern in doing so.
This might be a false positive, and I wanted to confirm.
We have work for our next release to resolve this problem of false positives.
