Managed to finally get premium access. Put in the support ticket. As far as the Wordfence premium problem, no idea how but evidently when I applied for the premium, a different account was set up then when i installed the free one.
So the support ticket is in, hopefully that problem gets resolved quickly so I can admin my site.Ticket ID – 6946.
3Therein lies the problem Tim. I just clicked on your link to wordfence support, and then clicked on the login link in the upper right hand corner. It sent me to this url: https://www.wordfence.com/premium-support-is-available-to-paid-customers-only/
which gave me a screen telling me that premium support is available for paid customers only.
Which is exactly the same thing that happened when i went to wprdfence.com, logged in ][and then went to the support page.
Not to be redundant, but is the reason I posted the following in post 2.
“Now I’m getting really upset. I subscribed to Wordfence Premium. I log into the wordfence site and sign in, had to have another password reset to do that, but that one doesn’t work on my website. When I click the login button for premium support, it tells me I must be a Premium member, Which I am.
So I can’t login to my site and I can’t send a support ticket to Wordfence and there seems to be no way to contact them if my premium membership isn’t being recognized. “

In reply to: can't comment out codeNi i entered the comment code in the text mode. It was on a page, commenting out a table row.
For whatever reason, it worked when i tried it again.

In reply to: [Twenty Thirteen] Remove RSS Links from 2013Thanks That solved the problem.
Still learning. Have recreated a website that was done in html and css3. That’s all I’ve ever worked with. Much of this is new to me. Have to find workarounds for some things like having our disclaimer appear in a footer. I really have to study up on php scripts, etc. I’ve been doing this a long time, I’ll date myself by mentioning Pine, Archie and Veronica. How about cpm? Old dog trying to learn new tricks. Thanks again
