Thank you and sorry for the delay.

I tried all of the suggestions and did not see any errors. I did also turn off all of my plugins but forminator and the theme. It still does not save in the form page.

I am actually just trying to connect through either MAKE or ZAPIER. Are you creating direct integrations to either?

Thank you for the quick reply and the tip on LoopBuddy. I had not seen that one yet and was trying to get a bit of the drupal side into wp.

I posted a similar question on Justin Ts post about this topic. I can get the form in the user profile to be checkboxes but have been unable to get it to store multiple selections. Only one at a time.

Am I missing something.

Update – a conflict with WP plugin “relevanssi”

On my dev server, I disabled all plugins except this one and then turned them back on one-by-one until I could repeat the “bug”. It was actually a conflict with the search plugin Relevanssi. This is actually a shame because it appears to be a fantastic plugin to replace the default WP search. Perhaps there is a way to configure that plugin to get them to co-exist but yours will take priority for now.
