Could you please check your settings and perhaps test in a minimal setup.
For me when I cancel a paypal payment, I am always returned to the shopping cart where I have the product added there.Please also make sure that you are using the latest versions of WPML, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Multilingual.
Depending on how many products you have, it might be a lot of manual work to migrate them all.
Also you need to be sure to keep all associations between elements (posts,variations,categories) to be correct.
I would recommend you to re-create the Russian products – that way you can assure that you will not have any unexpected issues because of something being missed to be changed in the database.Please verify that you are using at least the minimum requirements of WPML plugins:
WPML Multilingual CMS – 3.1.5
WPML String Translation – 2.0
WPML Translation Management – 1.9

In order for this plugin to work correctly, you need to have WPML core plugin and WPML Media Tranlation, WPML String Translation and WPML Translation management installed before that. This plugin depends on these plugins in order to work.Hello again,
our developers found out that there could be a problem related to broken relations between the original variation for the product and its translation.
Because of the little data that we have about your case, I invite you to submit a new support ticket in our forum at wpml.org and mention me there, so that I could take it and then I will ask you there for a credentials or database dump so that we can investigate this issue further and to see if it is the same issue as the one that we are aware of.Please do mind that when you open a new ticket, don’t share in the first ticket any private information until a private reply is being activated. Please enable debug in WordPress and let us know of the output of the debug log.
I suspect that you might need to increase the memory for WordPress…but this is just a guess at this time.
